Don't worry, I wasn't trying to criticize or challenge you. And I agree with you that reviews should be objective-- I think it's the best way to help newcomers discover new bands and music.

Yes, I've heard STEALTH. I prefer JAP, personally. The lyrics have an amazing rhythmic flow that make the song unbelievably good. The English version wasn't too bad, but I think the striking clarity and speed of the Japanese lyrics were really what made the song, and the muddy English lessened the sword-sharp effect.

Thanks for your review. :)

Thank you for your comment. I agree with what you said. Well, I am an inexperienced reviewer even though I have listened to a lot of J-Rock and Visual Kei. But I will try to improve my reviewing skills the next time I write a review.

The reason why I wrote it as 'repetitive' is because some people termed it that way. I couldn't quite describe it but since you say it as 'a-typical', I think that should be the right word for it.

I think STRENGTH is a really fun song to sing, much with the great music, I like the song.

Have you listened to the English version of JAP yet? STEALTH -Rei Gou Shiki- is better, I think, than JAP though the lyrics are different.

I am an A.B.S fan myself but I try to write my reviews in such a way that it's not bias. I think it is better that way because reviews shouldn't be one sided. Some people may like it, some people may not be a fan and there are some who are still in the middle too. So I think it's good to look at things in that sort of perspective. It gives you a better view.

Hehe, your review is better than mine. That's great! I'll do better next time. So thanks again. :)

At first listen, STRENGTH does sound a little A.B.S a-typical, but I wouldn't call it "repetitive". Because of the extremely distinctive quality of their music, especially the unusual use of the turn-tables and live mixing, there is a very defined sound to their music. If you're casually listening through their repertoire, you may find some of the songs to sound a little, as I mentioned before, a-typical, but if you actually take the time to listen carefully and become familiar with the melody and lyrics, suddenly the songs tend to bloom, and the similarities unfurl as positives, not negatives.
Admittedly, when I first heard STRENGTH I was unimpressed, especially because I heard it after listening to the all-new JAP, but now as I come to understand it better, it's beginning to show its true colors as yet another A.B.S masterpiece.
